Rimas Veitas, P.E. is the founder and CEO of Helical Drilling. Since 1989 he continues to provide leadership that has differentiated the company as a ground improvement leader and innovator in the Northeast. He works closely with Geopier Foundation Company and industry leaders to develop cutting edge ground improvement and geotechnical construction technologies. Rimas earned his BS in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University and participated in post graduate studies at Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Chad Graybill is the President and co-owner of Helical Drilling. He oversees all business operations including strategic planning, administrative, field and financial operations and continues to maintain strong communication with clients. Chad earned his MS in Civil Engineering from the University of Maine.
Christian Littlefield is the Vice President and co-owner of Helical Drilling. After joining the company in 2001 as Field Superintendent, he currently manages field operations along with the company’s equipment and maintenance facility. Christian also leads all research and development initiatives.
Derek Simpson, P.E. currently serves as Project and Business Development Manager at Helical Drilling. Since joining the company in 2012 he has led hundreds of Geopier® ground improvement projects across the Northeast. Derek earned his BS and MS in Civil Engineering from the University of Rhode Island.
Colin Dahlen, P.E. is the Chief Engineer of Helical Drilling. With more than 25 years of geotechnical and structural engineering experience, Colin is responsible for overseeing all Geopier® ground improvement design/build projects. He works closely with geotechnical engineers, structural engineers, developers and general contractors to develop innovative, cost-effective ground improvement solutions. Colin earned his MS in geotechnical and structural engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth and participated in post graduate studies at Northeastern University and Tufts University.
Michael Cronenberger, P.E. Specialty Geotechnical Construction
Michael Cronenberger, P.E. currently serves as the Manager of the Specialty Geotechnical Construction Department at Helical Drilling. Since joining the company in 2013, he has led hundreds of specialty projects ranging from helical piles, compaction grouting, micropiles, ductile iron piles, soil nails and shotcrete, Geopier ground improvement and many more across the Northeast. Michael earned his BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth and participated in post graduate studies at Northeastern University.
